Family Services Specialist
Michelle Worley began working with HopeNet as a graduate intern in April 2007 and has been on staff since September 2007. She was immediately impressed with HopeNet’s Christ-centered focus on relationships and the importance it places on helping clients discover and enjoy their God-given identities.
Michelle works primarily with parents ordered through the juvenile court system to complete a needs assessment. She enjoys working with this diverse population and recognizes that every person has a story that needs to be heard, but not everyone has someone who will listen. Michelle also does individual, couple and family therapy at HopeNet, focusing on discovering unhealthy patterns that have evolved throughout the client’s family of origin. It is her hope that those served will feel welcomed with open arms and without judgment so they can begin to make changes that will lead to a hope-filled way of living.
Michelle and her husband Jason have been married for eight years. They attend New Spring Church where they enjoy the teachings of Pastor Mark Hoover. They both have a love for photography, reading, home renovation and Izzy, their 3-year old miniature daschund. They look forward to starting a family soon.
