Every organization, whether in print or not, must answer the following questions on a regular basis. HopeNet believes that spelling them out, we are better able to hold ourselves and allow you to hold us accountable for the excellence of our efforts.

We exist because hurting people in crisis often lack resources and may not turn to a church for help.

We accept people in crisis and remain with them, as long as needed, through a comprehensive process of counseling and support until they are able to stand on their own in the community.

HopeNet serves anyone who seeks our help. We focus our efforts toward individuals and families who might otherwise not have access to counseling or support services.

We receive & work with them without judgment on their situation.

We assist them in securing practical resources where needed.

We offer professional counsel trained to address the roots of brokenness.

Where appropriate, we facilitate development of a Christian faith perspective.

We release them when they are ready and follow up as needed.
