Mental Health Therapist
Brennen Smith is a professional mental health therapist at HopeNet. He evaluates and provides therapeutic services to clients and their families. He is a trauma-informed, Prepare/Enrich trained therapist who uses his background in case management and working with those in crisis to provide practical and thoughtful counseling to his clients.
Brennen builds rapport with his clients through his curious and intuitive engagement with them. He collaborates with each client to help them understand and address the systemic, relational and emotional factors that contribute to their mental health.
Before coming to HopeNet, Brennen served as a Case Manager, working with children, individuals and families struggling with disability, homelessness and special needs.
Brennen enjoys exploring nature by enjoying local parks, hiking and longboarding. He also enjoys trying new restaurants and playing basketball with friends or settling down with a good book.
