Mental Health Therapist
Lauren Hill-Harris is a professional mental health counselor at HopeNet. She evaluates and provides therapeutic services to clients and their families. Lauren enjoys incorporating art into the therapy process when it is applicable. She also utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Structural Family Therapy and interpersonal neurobiology in her therapeutic work.
Lauren’s compassionate and calm demeanor helps clients trust and confide in her. She also helps clients quickly feel comfortable in the therapy space. Her optimism helps clients clarify and realize their goals. She brings creativity and laughter to the therapeutic process.
Lauren has been married for 13 years and has two daughters in grade school. Her family enjoys cooking together, watching movies, and spending time together. She enjoys painting, playing in the dirt (gardening vegetables and flowers), and reading poetry.
