Engagement Services Coordinator
Victoria McClure is the Engagement Services Coordinator at HopeNet. She oversees client intakes, provides collaborative client care and builds and maintains HopeNet community resources database. Victoria also facilitates the Getting Ahead Workshop, that helps participants get out of poverty.
Victoria loves engaging with clients and prospective clients, quickly connecting people to helpful resources that address their specific needs and concerns. Listening to clients’ stories allows her to empathetically enter into their lives, demonstrating compassion and facilitating solution-focused conversations.
Before coming to HopeNet, Victoria worked in church ministry and operations. She also spent time in admissions and residence life at Olivet Nazarene University.
When not at work, Victoria enjoys playing the piano and creating a beautiful home with her husband Bryce.
